As part of our level 2 qualification we are required to take part in 30 hours of work experience, in these sessions we will focus on customer care, in preparation for joining the industry.

Week 1 Blog Creating
I forgot how difficult these things are to set up, it has taken hours! It's very frustrating.
Blogging we provide a record of work for the work experience programme. It will enabled you to reflect on practices within this period. The aim is for you to take ownership of your experience and become increasingly self directed.
Grace don't forget to update your blog each week while your doing work experience in the salon. When righting your blog us the following as a simple guide Firstly state what you did then, how you felt about it and finally, how you can improve your practice in the futue.
